ထိုင္းဘုရင့္တပ္မေတာ္သည္ တရုတ္ Norinco ကုမၸဏီထုတ္ RA3 Artillery Locating and Fire Correction Radar မ်ား လက္ခံရရွိခ့ဲေၾကာင္း ထိုင္းကာကြယ္ေရးဝန္းႀကီးဌာနကအတည္ျပဳေျပာၾကားလိုက္သည္။ RA3 Radar သည္ ရန္သူမွပစ္ခတ္လိုက္သည့္ အေျမာက္၊ ဒံုးေလာင္ခ်ာႏွင့္ေျမျပင္မွေျမျပင္ပစ္ ဒံုးပစ္စင္မ်ား၏တည္ေနရာကိုခ်က္ခ်င္းေထာက္လွမ္းသိရွိႏိုင္သည့္ေရဒါအမ်ိဳးအစားျဖစ္ၿပီးမိမိအေျမာက္တပ္ဖြဲ ့အားတန္ျပန္တိုက္ခိုက္ႏိုင္ရန္ အေထာက္အကူေပးစြမ္းႏိုင္သည့္ေရဒါအမ်ိဳးအစားလဲျဖစ္သည္။ ထို ့အျပင္ အနိမ့္ပ်ံေလယာဥ္မ်ား၊ ရဟတ္ယာဥ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ေမာင္းသူမ့ဲယာဥ္မ်ားကိုပင္ေထာက္လွမ္းႏိုင္သည္။ ၄င္းေရဒါစနစ္တြင္ optical infrared system ႏွင့္ sound measuring system မ်ား ပါထည့္သြင္းတည္ေဆာက္ထားေသာေၾကာင့္ ရန္သူ၏ပုန္းခိုတိုက္ခိုက္ျခင္းကိုကာကြယ္ေပးႏိုင္သည္။
